DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Building now for the future
An ambitious redevelopment of the School's buildings is underway, including a new Sports Hall (officially opened September 2008), 'New School' (in use, official opening in Autumn 2011) and an Arts Centre. This rebuilding project is not an expansion programme, rather aims to upgrade facilities for our existing pupils to the highest standard.
Sports Hall
Our new Sports Hall was completed in 2008 and boasts outstanding facilities for a range of games including netball, basketball, badminton, indoor tennis, and cricket practice nets.

New School
The second phase of our Building Development Plan is 'New School'. The Clarence Lane Wing houses Science and Languages, and the Priory Lane Wing includes a new library, ICT suite, and modern subject classrooms primarily for Mathematics, English and Humanities. To be opened officially in Autumn 2011, the Senior School is already making full use of these outstanding facilities for learning.
