OLD IBSTONIANS ASSOCIATION
We aim to bring together former pupils and staff of the School into an Association for the benefit of both former and current pupils. Those who have attended, or taught at, Ibstock Place School or the Froebel Demonstration School (Colet Gardens and Little Gaddesden) are invited to come together to create a strong and mutually supportive Old Ibstonians Association.
The School's present success and excellent standing in the community owes much to the talent, hard work and success of its former pupils and staff; with their ongoing support, today's pupils will be well-equipped for all that their future may hold.
Via this website and social networking services such as Facebook, we hope to make contact with OIs (and Old Froebelians) and share events and news of interest to all.
Events being planned include:
- reunions of the whole Association and of specific graduating year groups
- tours of the School, including New School
- sports days including OI v current pupil fixtures
Members of the Association are also invited to support current pupils of the School through opportunities such as:
- visits to discuss Higher Education and careers choices
- practice interviews for Oxbridge candidates
- work experience placements and internships
