Accepting an offer of a place
If a child is successful following assessment a formal offer of a place will be made. A completed acceptance form is submitted together with a fee deposit against the child’s last term’s fees at the School; the deposit is not returnable should the place not be taken up.
The offer of a place will be deemed to have lapsed if it is not formally accepted within two weeks of the offer being made.
Under the conditions of acceptance, School fees are due on or before the first day of term. Compound interest at 1.5% per month will be added to all outstanding accounts after the start of term.
Parents should note that peripatetic staff (e.g. visiting music teachers) are paid on a fee-for-service basis.
There is a fee deposit of £1650 which is held for the duration of the pupil’s education in the School.
A full term’s notice of the intention to withdraw a pupil must be given in writing to the Headmistress. In the absence of such notice, a full term’s fees will be charged.
Parent Contract (Terms and Conditions)
The Governors reserve the right to raise the fees during the course of the year; normally at least one term’s notice is given of an increase in School fees.
