Co-curricular Opportunities

The Creative Arts of Art, Dance and Music appear on the curriculum taught by specialist teachers with lessons imaginatively planned to link with class projects. The School of Music gives all pupils an opportunity to participate in a wide range of musical activities and all pupils sing and learn to play the recorder. Design Technology is taught each week from Prep 4. The pupils pursue projects in which they develop ideas, plan and make products and learn to work efficiently.

Beyond the classroom there is a wide variety of clubs and extra-curricular activities and events each term. These take place during lunchtime and after school. Musical highlights through the year include the annual Prep School Carol Service, Performers’ Platforms, String Concerts, Music assemblies and Drama productions.
