School Matters Magazine

The Wall – The Magazine of the Pupils of Ibstock Place School

Well done to everyone who contributed to ‘The Wall’, whether by writing an article, submitting artwork or a photograph for inclusion, or indeed editing the magazine.

We are delighted to announce that at the Shine Media Awards 2020, this year’s ‘Green Issue’ of The Wall received the national prize for ‘Best Community and Environmental Initiative’. The magazine earned Highly Commended in ‘Best Cover’ and ‘Best Editor’ categories; and we were Shortlisted for ‘Best Illustration and Design’, ‘Best Print and Design’, ‘Best Photograph’, ‘Best Magazine’ and ‘Best Overall Content’. This is a great achievement and builds on many past successes in this competition in recent years, including winning ‘Best Magazine’ in 2018.
