There was no stopping Brearley House yesterday clinching overall victory in the House Music Competition, after wins in 'Classical' and 'Pop' categories. Paget House, however, took top spot in 'Choral'. Many thanks to Mr Philip Berg, Adjudicator and well done the School of Music.

Pleasing to report the School of Music's arrangements with Jesus College, Cambridge, to take our Chamber Choir, Schola Cantorum, to sing Evensong alongside their choral scholars at the start of the next term. Oxbridge choral scholars of the future, perhaps?
Although there were some rather weary looking PVIs in School today, they could take pride in their achievement of having braved the wilds of the Brecon Beacons over the weekend in pursuit of their Silver Duke of Edinburgh's Award - and survived with many a great tale to tell.
