We operate a rolling registration system and welcome early registrations for later years. The fee for registration is £160, which you will be asked to pay upon submission of the form. Please note that this fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a subsequent year.

NOVEMBER 2023
We host a familiarisation session for children wishing to join Kindergarten in September 2024.
This session gives children an opportunity to come into the School to see the classrooms and play with equipment with their parents, so that they feel comfortable and in a familiar environment when they return for their assessment in January.
JANUARY 2024
We hold a 30-minute assessment for children wishing to join Kindergarten in September 2024.
Our assessment of each child’s language development, play and group participation will act as a screening to select those who have the potential to thrive in a busy school with an active curriculum. Our assessment will be age appropriate and children will be assessed in groups of a similar age. There is no expectation that a child will be able to read or write and every attempt will be made to make the experience as relaxed and fun as possible. Parents are asked to wait on-site during their child’s assessment, which will last approximately 30 minutes.
JANUARY / FEBRUARY 2024
If a child is successful following their assessment, a formal offer of a place will be made.
This offer will be sent to you by email. You will be asked complete an online acceptance form and pay the acceptance deposit. Our offer of a place will be deemed to have lapsed if it is not formally accepted by the deadline stated in the offer.
MARCH 2024
You will be asked to confirm acceptance of our offer by a deadline (stated in the offer letter) and pay an acceptance deposit of £1,750.
The deposit is non-refundable should the place be subsequently declined, if more than 14 days have elapsed after the acceptance deadline. This deposit will be returned to you when your child leaves the School.
JUNE 2024
Our Welcome Evening is an opportunity for us to welcome new parents and carers of Kindergarten pupils to the School.
During this adults-only event you will meet your child's teachers, explore our Pre-Prep facilities, and meet fellow new parents and carers.
SEPTEMEBER 2024
New Kindergarten pupils are welcomed in to School the day before the start of term.
Welcome Day gives our new Kindergarten pupils the opportunity to settle in to their surroundings before the older pupils join on the first day of term.
