Co-Curricular Activities

Co-Curricular Activities

With over 30 clubs and co-curricular activities pupils have plenty to choose from and lots of chances to find something they excel at or simply enjoy.

Clubs and co-curricular activities give children the freedom to explore new interests without fear of failure, whilst continuing to develop their confidence and independence.

In addition to the variety of sports, dance and music options on offer, there are clubs ranging from LAMDA to Lego Steam and Kids for Equality to Karate. Activities change every term, and we always try to incorporate feedback from our pupils and parents.

Dance

As part of our Prep Co-curricular provision we are lucky enough to have specialist Dance teachers who offer after school lessons in a variety of Dance styles.

Techniques offered include Ibstock Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Ballet, Floor Barre, Jazz and Dance Company (covering a range of styles with a focus on performing to a live audience).

Our ‘Awakening’ Dance Show was a chance to showcase the variety of techniques and choreography our young pupils have been mastering.
