Prep 2 trip to Florence Nightingale Museum
The pupils were excited to meet ‘Florence Nightingale’ and hear her amazing story about how she changed nursing forever.
Prep 2 had a fantastic trip to the Florence Nightingale Museum! They explored the museum, looked at interesting objects, tried out old-fashioned toys, and had fun dressing up as soldiers from the Crimean War and as nurses. At the end, they compared nursing in 1820 with nursing today, which led to some great discussions. It was an exciting day of learning and discovery, and the pupils really enjoyed it.
