Rock and Pop Concert 2026

This year’s Rock & Pop Concert was a great evening full of music, energy, and talent.

Bands from across the Senior School performed brilliantly, showing the passion and skill of our young musicians, led by Mr Lynch. The percussion ensembles started the concert with an exciting performance and set the tone for the night. From then on, the theatre was full of energy with one fantastic performance after another.

A special mention to Isla (Senior 8), Amber (Senior 11), and brothers Stanley and Humphrey, who performed as soloists after winning the vocal categories in this year’s Pop Musician of the Year competition. They were supported by this year’s House Band—Dom, Matheus, Wyatt and Mattia—who played brilliantly throughout the evening.

Well done to Ibstock Contemporary Voices (formerly Jazz Choir) and Ibstones for their wonderful performances, which added even more variety to the programme. Thank you to everyone who came to support and helped make it such a memorable night.
