Pupils rolled up their sleeves and rose to the challenge in this year’s Great Ibstock Bake-Off!

From beautifully decorated cupcakes and cookies to ambitious cakes, the standard was sky-high. The bake-off tent was filled with delicious aromas, laughter, and just the right amount of friendly rivalry. Judges were wowed by the presentation, flavour, and originality on display.
